■レポートライン／チーム構成について
業界経験豊富なHead of HRのもと、4名体制のHRチームで業務を担当します。チーム内でのコミュニケーションも活発で、周囲のサポートを受けながら業務に取り組めます。

基本的にはオフィスでの勤務が推奨されていますが、柔軟なフレックスタイムの使用が可能です。ご自身のライフスタイルに合わせて勤務時間を調整いただけます。
【業務内容詳細】
Position title: HR BP
Reports to: HR Director
Team structure: 5 members in Japan HR team as a whole
- Manage full-cycle recruitment in retail Japan, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
- Partner with HR Director to deliver effective hiring strategies and identify top talent.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and talent networks for current and future hiring needs.
- Support employee onboarding, orientation, and HR administration.
- Lead employer branding and engagement initiatives through job fairs, campus recruitment, office events, and HR projects.
- Experience in payroll processing, social insurance administration, and other human resources management tasks is a plus.
- Experience communicating in English with headquarters and implementing systems is welcome.

- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience working within fast-paced environment.
- Strong direct sourcing capabilities.
- Ability to act autonomously with an organized, detail-oriented workstyle.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Intermediate in English, Fluent in Japanese.
