■The Position

We are looking for a Principal System Analyst for IT Marketing Sales Japan who will take a key role in shaping delivering and continuously improving technology solutions that support customer engagement customer insights sales marketing and digital transformation.

This role will act as a strong bridge between Japan business stakeholders global IT/product teams local IT teams and external partners. The Principal System Analyst will understand business needs analyze requirements define solution approaches and ensure that systems and applications are designed integrated operated and optimized in alignment with both Japan business priorities and global IT strategies.

必須: ■Requirements

（１） Experience Education

・Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Technology Business Information Systems or a related field.

・Minimum 5 years of experience in a large scale and/or global business environment.

・Experience in business analysis system analysis solution design system integration or IT project delivery.

・Proven experience delivering solutions in complex cross functional and multicultural environments.

・Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred.
