■Tasks Responsibilities

This role is part of the IT Marketing Sales Customer Facing Excellence team which delivers systems applications and digital solutions that improve customer experience customer insights and engagement across marketing and sales activities. You will work closely with both local and global stakeholders to support the Japan business and contribute to global initiatives.

As a Business Analyst you will act as a trusted partner between business and IT. You will help business stakeholders identify opportunities understand their needs and translate those needs into technology solutions that deliver business value.

Required Qualifications

・Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
・Experience as a Business Analyst IT Business Partner or in a similar role.
・Proven experience in gathering analyzing and documenting business requirements.
・Experience acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.
・Experience supporting and coordinating projects in a cross functional environment.
・Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
・Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese.
・Proven customer engagement and business partnering experience.
・Strong analytical problem solving and critical thinking skills.
