As Salomon’s eCommerce business continues to grow in Japan we are looking for an E commerce Strategy Transformation Expert to help strengthen the organization processes and capabilities required to support sustainable growth.

Working closely with the E commerce Director this role will help translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and drive a range of business transformation and improvement projects across E commerce and related functions.

The role will bring structure to complex business challenges turn priorities into clear project plans and workstreams and coordinate cross functional stakeholders to drive initiatives from planning through implementation. The position will work closely with E commerce team members as well as Marketing Merchandising CRM Finance Supply Chain IT and other relevant functions.

応募資格

必須: ■必須スキル
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Proven experience in project management driving complex cross functional initiatives from problem definition and planning through implementation preferably in business or digital transformation environments.
Strong ability to structure complex or ambiguous business challenges and translate them into clear workstreams project plans and actionable next steps.
Strong project execution skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives stakeholders priorities dependencies and risks.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to use data and business insights to support decision making.
