【業務内容詳細】
- Direct workflow, motivate, train, and monitor performance of warehouse/depot associates
- Support selection, training, and performance management for depot staff
- Monitor work processes and propose improvements to productivity, efficiency, accuracy, and cost
- Oversee inventory management to ensure local (safety) stock availability and meet productivity goals
- Support compliance with policies, procedures, safety rules, and applicable regulations
- Interact with customers to resolve issues as needed
- Maintain deep knowledge of depot operating procedures to ensure quality compliance
- Organize depot personnel (including temp staff) in daily tasks to meet objectives
- Act as mediator between Depot Manager, Pharmacists, and Logistics staff; provide recommendations on procedure changes
- Review work to ensure adherence to established procedures
- Maintain physical/electronic filing systems for logistics information

- 必須

- Logistics degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible Operations/Logistics experience, including receiving/put-away, inventory/replenishment, pick/pack, and cold-chain transport booking
- Understanding of pharmaceutical handling sensitivity and SOP review/compliance
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong communication (oral & written), self-driven work style, good decision-making and analytical skills
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills; calm, customer-focused approach
- Understanding of import/export processes and statutory requirements
- PC proficiency (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
