本ポジションは海外の地域拠点へレポートし、担当事業部門の会計・財務領域を総合的に担います。自律的に業務を進めつつ、海外と協働しながらグローバルな視点を身につけたい方に最適な環境です。

Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting：Oversee all accounting and reporting for assigned units, ensuring IFRS/JGAAP compliance.
- Planning & Controls：Manage budgets and forecasts, analyze variances, and maintain strong internal controls.
- Audit & Compliance：Coordinate with auditors and tax authorities and support continuous process improvement.
- Team Leadership：Lead and develop finance staff and provide financial insights for project performance.
- Regulatory Compliance：Ensure adherence to all internal and external financial regulations and policies.

- 必須

- 5+ years in finance/accounting, including 2+ years in a leadership or controller role in a multinational company.
- Hands‑on experience with Japanese GAAP and IFRS.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and analysis skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving ability.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with global stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel; strong leadership capability.
- Fluent in Japanese and English.
