A multinational surface finishing company is seeking a Business Development Manager.Responsibilities:
* Develop existing and new business opportunities for transfer products, hologram foils, and graphic design applications
* Assess and access potential new markets
* Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
* Develop and coordinate ongoing and new customer projects with headquarters and group companies
* Bridge internal teams and external business opportunities to support company growth
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical or commercial field
* More than 10 years of experience in business, including several years in a leading position, ideally in sales
* Experience working abroad and/or in a multinational company with international responsibilities
* Experience in team management and employee development
* Experience in durable consumer or consumable products in B2B
* Knowledge of sales and marketing of non-Japanese products in Japan
* Flexibility to interact between Western and Japanese cultures
* Ability and willingness to travel locally and internationally
* Proficient in Japanese and English
