【業務内容詳細】
- Serve as the primary Japan point of contact for Global and Regional Key Accounts
- Support execution of global customer strategies within the Japan market
- Respond to requests, initiatives, and business opportunities from regional/global account teams
- Participate in customer governance meetings, MBRs, QBRs, and strategic reviews
- Maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders in Japan; support retention and account growth
- Escalate and coordinate resolution of customer issues through internal channels
- Identify new opportunities within existing global accounts; support RFQ/RFI/tender activities
- Coordinate across Operations, Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Contract Logistics, Ground & Rail, Customs Brokerage, and Solution Design
- Maintain visibility of account pipeline, opportunities, and risks; provide regular business updates to regional/global/Japan leadership
- Support business forecasting and budget planning; monitor KPI and account performance
- Lead or support strategic customer projects, tender responses, and new business onboarding

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Fluent Japanese and business-level English
- Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management
- Experience supporting multinational or global customers
