A global law firm is looking for a Paralegal, Complex Litigation (Litigation, Investigations & Advisory team).Responsibilities:
* Draft, review, and proofread legal documents and agreements
* Prepare legal memoranda, submissions, and supporting materials
* Support investigations, interviews, client training, and translation activities
* Coordinate project management across a high volume of active legal mandates
* Assist with business development initiatives, articles, and presentation preparation
* Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in law (English-speaking country is ideal)
* More than 2 years of relevant experience in compliance issues, investigations, and IPO processes
* Experience in English - Mandarin - Japanese translations
* Proficient in MS PowerPoint
* Native level Mandarin and English; professional level written and spoken Japanese
