【業務内容詳細】
-Plan and schedule daily production activities to meet customer and business requirements.
-Create and manage production work orders based on demand and available capacity.
-Work closely with production and purchasing teams to ensure materials and resources are available.
-Monitor production progress and update schedules when changes or delays occur.
-Identify shortages, production issues, and delivery risks, and communicate them to the relevant teams.
-Prepare and maintain production schedules, reports, and planning records.
-Support process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve delivery performance.
-Track production performance and help ensure production targets are achieved safely and on time.

- 必須
-
-3+ years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, supply chain, or a similar role.
-Experience using ERP or MRP systems for production planning.
-Basic understanding of production planning, inventory, and production processes.
-Ability to work with different teams to support daily production activities.
-Ability to review data, solve problems, and make good planning decisions.
-Experience managing production schedules, material shortages, and changing priorities.
-Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
-Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Knowledge of Lean practices and Microsoft Excel is a plus.
