A multinational luxury goods company is looking for an HRBP Manager, Regional Function.Responsibilities:
* Act as a trusted HR partner to leadership teams, providing strategic HR guidance and organisational support
* Lead end-to-end recruitment, new graduate hiring, and internal mobility initiatives
* Support organisational design, workforce planning, and succession planning
* Drive performance management, talent development, and career development initiatives
* Manage annual compensation review and promotion processes in collaboration with Finance
* Advise on employee relations matters and ensure compliance with Japanese labour law
* Participate in HR projects and cross-functional initiatives
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* More than 7 years of overall business experience
* More than 5 years of experience in HR
* More than 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a related HR function
* Strong knowledge of Japanese labour law and HR practices
* Experience in recruitment, organisational design, performance management, talent management, compensation review, employee relations, and HR operations
* Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and balance strategic and operational HR responsibilities
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, and Workday or similar HR systems
* Native level Japanese; business level English
Preferred requirements:
* Experience with Workday or similar HR systems
* Prior people management experience
