Responsibilities: - Lead the FP&A team and act as a strategic partner to Commercial, including market analysis and growth support. - Oversee budgeting and forecasting for annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, headcount, and capital planning. - Present financial updates and budget proposals to Leadership, Region, and Corporate with the Finance Director. - Support long‑range planning to drive mid‑/long‑term business strategy. - Provide financial reporting and analysis for monthly forecast, close, and management decisions. - Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital. - Lead strategic financial projects such as ROI, portfolio analysis, and resource allocation. - Improve planning processes and systems for efficiency. - Run the FP&A Center of Excellence with Commercial. - Develop FP&A talent through goal‑setting and individual development plans.
