【業務内容詳細】
-Lead and develop a purchasing and supply team by setting clear goals, assigning responsibilities, coaching team members, and building a collaborative, cross-trained work environment.
-Manage the end-to-end purchasing process using an ERP system, ensuring timely procurement, order accuracy, issue resolution, and reliable product availability.
-Develop and maintain inventory strategies by analyzing demand trends, optimizing stock levels, and balancing product availability with inventory costs.
-Build and manage supplier relationships, including supplier selection, performance evaluation, price and contract negotiations, and continuous improvement in quality, cost, and delivery.
-Coordinate import and logistics activities by working with freight, customs, and logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries, cost efficiency, and compliance with trade requirements.
-Drive process improvements by standardizing workflows, improving data accuracy, defining KPIs, and enhancing operational efficiency through data-driven decision-making.
-Identify and manage supply chain risks, including supply disruptions, capacity constraints, and inventory challenges, while implementing effective contingency and business continuity plans.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align purchasing, inventory, and supply strategies, communicate priorities and risks, and support business objectives in a global environment.

- 必須
-
-5+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, inventory management, or related operations.
-Business-level Japanese
-Business-level English
-Proven leadership experience managing a team and developing people in a fast-paced business environment.
-Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) for purchasing, inventory, and supply planning.
-Strong knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, and inventory optimization techniques.
-Experience managing import logistics, international shipping, customs, and external logistics partners.
-Strong analytical and process improvement skills with the ability to simplify workflows and solve operational challenges.
-Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
