■Job Summary:
Digital is our new energy. Syneos Health is seeking a hands on digital technology leader who can provide technical AdTech support and design and build Agentic AI workflows for healthcare commercialization.

This role combines practical problem solving solution architecture and client delivery. The successful candidate will translate business needs into reliable scalable and compliant technology solutions that improve how teams plan activate measure and optimize digital engagement.

The two most important measures of success in this role are:
1） the ability to diagnose and resolve AdTech implementation and operational issues and
2） the ability to create production ready Agentic AI workflows that orchestrate data tools models and human review steps. Commercial and healthcare industry knowledge are valuable but technical execution is the primary focus.

必須: ■Requirements:
・ Demonstrated hands on experience supporting AdTech platforms and integrations in a live business environment.
・ Strong working knowledge of digital advertising technology such as DSP/SSP ecosystems ad serving campaign tracking analytics audience data APIs identity consent and measurement.
・ Demonstrated ability to design and build Agentic AI or multi step AI workflows that use tools data sources business logic and human in the loop controls.
・ Practical development capability using Python JavaScript workflow orchestration platforms or comparable tools; able to move from prototype to a supportable implementation.
