People Experience Partner （HRBP）
As a People Experience Partner you will partner with business leaders to drive people strategies support organizational effectiveness and enhance employee experience. You will provide guidance on employee relations talent management leadership coaching and change initiatives while fostering a high performing and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities;
・Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives
・Provide support on employee relations and organizational development matters
・Coach managers to build engaged and high performing teams
・Drive talent performance and development initiatives
・Support organizational change restructuring and business transformation projects
・Ensure compliance with company policies and employment practices
・Promote a positive inclusive and collaborative work environment

応募資格

必須: Must Have
・5+ years of HR experience
・Experience in HR business partnering employee relations and change management
・Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in Japanese and English
・Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office

AI Capability
・Experience using AI tools （e.g. Copilot Claude） to improve productivity and HR processes
・Understanding of AI ethics data privacy and governance
・Strong learning agility and ability to drive AI adoption

Nice to Have
・Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience
・Experience with labor unions or employee representative groups
・Consulting facilitation and coaching skills
・People management experience
