【業務内容詳細】
- Lead 5S implementation and ongoing support across site operations
- Monitor, deploy, and support recap processes
- Implement and support labour management initiatives
- Promote and drive the company's Lean/Continuous Improvement program (site-level Kaizen activities)
- Provide troubleshooting support for operational issues
- Support assessment of internal operational excellence programs
- Manage 3 direct reports
- 応募資格

- 必須

- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations or freight forwarding
- Hands-on experience with continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Lean, Kaizen)
- Leadership or team management experience
- Business-level English (for communication with regional HQ)
- Strong ability to organize operations and design/improve business processes and workflows
- Self-motivated, proactive, able to manage priorities independently
- Good communication in Japanese and English (written & spoken)
- Strong presentation and reporting skills
