【業務内容詳細】
-Lead purchasing and procurement activities to achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets.
-Develop and execute sourcing strategies that support business goals.
-Build strong supplier relationships and ensure reliable material supply.
-Select the best suppliers based on cost, quality, lead time, and technical capability.
-Drive cost reduction initiatives through supplier collaboration and value improvement.
-Improve procurement processes and work closely with cross-functional teams to increase efficiency.
-Identify and manage supply chain risks while supporting business continuity and regulatory compliance.
-Ensure all procurement activities follow applicable laws, policies, and ethical standards.

- 必須

-5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
-Business-level Japanese.
-Business-level English.
-Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of delivering results.
-Experience working in a multinational or global business environment.
-Knowledge of electrical or manufacturing industries, including technical components.
-Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
-Experience with SAP is an advantage, along with leadership experience and willingness to travel.
