◇職務内容（About the position）
コンピュータサイエンス領域のDX戦略を策定し、統合解析環境の構築・運用改善のリード。加えて、先進解析技術の活用を推進するとともに、人材育成プログラムの企画・運営のリード

Lead the formulation of DX strategies in the Computer Science domain and oversee the development and continuous improvement of integrated analytics platforms. In addition drive the adoption of advanced analytical technologies and lead the design and delivery of talent development programs.

・全社・グローバル規模の統合解析環境の構築・運用経験
・量子技術・デジタルツイン等の先端技術の評価・導入経験

Hands on experience in developing and executing DX strategies
Experience in building and operating enterprise wide and global integrated analytics platforms
Experience in evaluating implementing and applying advanced technologies such as quantum technologies and digital twins

応募資格

必須: ◇応募資格（Requirements）
【必須要件】
以下のいずれかの経験を有すること
・コンピュータサイエンス領域におけるDX戦略の策定または推進経験
・クラウド環境（AWS等）またはHPC環境の構築・運用管理および利活用経験
・R、MATLAB、Git/GitHub、BIツール（Tableau、Spotfire等）の導入または運用管理・利活用経験

【望ましい条件】
・グローバル環境におけるシステム導入・運用経験
・複数部門と連携したプロジェクト推進経験
・量子技術、デジタルツイン等の先端技術の評価・導入・活用経験
・人材育成施策、教育プログラム、研修カリキュラムの企画・運営経験
・英語コミュニケーション能力

【Essential Criteria】
Experience in at least one of the following:
Experience in formulating or driving DX strategies within the Computer Science domain
Experience in the design operation management and utilization of cloud environments （e.g. AWS） or HPC environments
Experience in the implementation operation management and utilization of R MATLAB Git/GitHub and BI tools （e.g. Tableau Spotfire）
