Contribute to the development of content for Japan, including messaging, press materials, blog posts, infographics and app store reports, and working closely with the content marketing team
Driving positive coverage and thought leadership positioning across technology, internet, mobile and business media Serve as an ambassador for the company in Japan, educating journalists, analysts and bloggers about the world°s best app store market data Arranging, facilitating and managing media and analyst briefings with key company spokespeople Managing all Japanese communications budgets, schedules and quarterly objective plans Tracking the performance and ROI of all PR and communications programs in Japan Lead and manage company's participation at Japanese industry events including both speaking and sponsorship.
Manage the briefing, development and production of any marketing materials required for industry events including booths, fliers, print ads, online ads You You should be an experienced PR professional with a demonstrated track record in the technology and internet space, particularly for B2B companies.
And as one of the key faces of the company in Japan, you need to bring energy and passion to your evangelism of our app store data products.

4-6 years in B2B and technology PR. International communications experience a big plus.
Track record at an agency and/or in-house of delivering communications results for B2B technology companies in Japan Very familiar with the influential journalists, bloggers and industry events in the internet, technology and mobile space- you know exactly how to get the best speaking slots and how to position content Ability to write copy in a variety of styles from entertaining and social to matter-of-fact and pointed.
You also have a hawk eye for typos, bad grammar and unclear phrasing Ability to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to work pro-actively, independently and internationally in a team that°s based across San Francisco, London, Beijing and Tokyo quotRoll your sleeves upquot attitude - you°ll be working in a fast-growing startup where everyone°s in it together Passion for app stores - you believe that°s the future and you can talk very fluently about app store trends Native fluency in Japanese; fluency in English a major plus.
