仕事内容: 外資ラグジュアリーブランドでの募集です。
管理会計のご経験のある方は歓迎です。
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
1） The FP A Manager
・Coordinate forecast and budget processes for the full P L （Sales Margin OpEx CapEx…）
・Coordinate the bi annually Commercial Plan for the entire company
・Prepare the monthly reporting of actual results versus plan identify risks and opportunities recommending corrective actions if necessary

2） The FP A Manager will also
・Deliver strategic and commercial financial support to the commercial team
・Contribute to strengthening the strategic planning capability
・Demonstrate a high degree of operational engagement with the business

主な職務内容：
1） FP Aマネージャー
・損益計算書（売上高、利益率、営業費用、設備投資など）全体の予測および予算策定プロセスを統括する
・全社を対象とした年2回の商業計画の調整
・実績と計画の比較に関する月次報告書の作成、リスクと機会の特定、必要に応じて是正措置の提案

2）さらに、FP Aマネージャーは以下の業務も担当します
・営業チームに対する戦略的・商業的な財務面のサポートの提供
・戦略的計画策定能力の強化への貢献
・事業に対する高いレベルの業務への関与を示すこと

応募資格

必須: ・University graduate with Finance/Accounting major
・At least 5 years of experience in relevant position preferably multi national organisation.
・Strong computer skills: advanced proficiency in Excel Access is mandatory
・Strong commercial finance focus with close partnerships with operational business
・International experience with previous exposure to central finance functions in multi national companies
・Fluent Business English Japanese
・Knowledge of retail wholesale apparel and/or luxury industry an advantage
・Experience with ERP such as SAP or Oracle an advantage
・Fit in with the culture（open dynamic flexible adaptable and strategic but hands on）
