社内SE（アプリケーション）のご経験のある方は歓迎です。主な業務領域
IT Directorとして、以下の3領域を横断的にリードしていただきます。
【1】情報セキュリティ・ITガバナンス
● グループ全体の情報セキュリティ戦略の立案と実行
● ISMS（ISO27001）の新規取得に向けたプロジェクト推進
● プライバシーマーク（Pマーク）の維持管理（※外部コンサルと連携）
【2】社内DX推進・ITシステム構築
● 社内業務のデジタル化・自動化に向けたITツールの導入・最適化
● 顧客管理／請求／KPI可視化などの業務プロセス改善
● グローバル拠点との情報連携とITインフラ整備
● 生成AI等の新技術を活用した業務改革の推進
【3】社内IT運用（※業務委託メンバーと連携）
● ヘルプデスク対応、IT資産管理（PC・ネットワーク等）の体制構築
● 社内アカウント管理・運用ルールの整備
● 業務マニュアル・フローの構築・アップデート
Key Responsibilities
As IT Director you will lead initiatives across the following three domains:
1. Information Security IT Governance
・ Define and execute group wide information security strategy
・ Lead ISMS （ISO27001） certification project
・ Manage Privacy Mark （P Mark） certification with external consultants
2. Internal DX IT Systems Development
・ Drive digitalization and automation of internal workflows
・ Improve operational processes such as CRM invoicing and KPI visualization

応募要件｜Requirements
＜必須＞
● 4年制大学卒業
● セキュリティ・情報システムに関する実務経験5年以上
● 現場と対話しながら、IT導入や改修をリードした経験
● グローバルチームと連携できる英語力（読み書き・会話）
● 生成AIを業務に取り入れた実務経験
Must Have
・ 5+ years of hands on experience in security and IT systems
・ Proven track record in leading IT implementations with strong stakeholder engagement
・ Business level English proficiency （reading writing speaking）
・ Hands on experience using generative AI in business
＜歓迎＞
● DXコンサル出身、または事業会社でのDX推進経験
● 社内IT・セキュリティ運用構築の実績
● グローバル拠点のIT統合経験
● ベンダー管理・折衝の経験
