Minimum Qualifications:
1. Strong bachelor's or master's degree in fields such as Engineering Analytics Economics Social Sciences Law.
2. Experience: Professional experience in Strategy Platform Governance Trust Safety Data Analysis Compliance or Operations Management.
3. Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and use data to drive complex decision making.
4. Communication: Strong English and Japanese communication skills （written and oral） with the ability to explain complex policy logic to diverse stakeholders.
5. Problem Solving: A first principles thinker who can navigate ambiguity and implement solutions swiftly in a fast paced environment.
