ヴェンキ・ジャパン株式会社での募集です。・ Prepare monthly reports for the company
管理部門責任者・ファイナンシャルコントローラーのご経験のある方は歓迎です。
・ Compile monthly and quarterly cash flow statements
・ Conduct annual financial closing
・ Verify invoice details record journal entries and process payments
・ Review and record employee expense claims
・ Handle payments petty cash replenishment and verify settlement details
・ Investigate inventory discrepancies and request corrections
・ Prepare corporate income tax returns consumption tax returns and other tax related forms
・ Verify withholding tax stamp duty and process payments
・ Check accounts receivable balances and notify department heads of payments
・ Budget preparation and management
・ Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and strategic planning
・ Analyze financial performance and key performance indicators
・ Assist in annual budget preparation and periodic forecasts
・ Conduct variance analysis between actual results and budget/forecast

- 必須
-
・ Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA or CFA certification preferred
・ 8+ years of experience FMCG or retail industries is an advantage
・ Familiarity with accounting principles and tax regulations of Japan
・ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data
・ Excellent communication and presentation skills
・ Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
・ Strong problem solving skills and a proactive approach to financial challenges
・ Fluent in both Japanese and English.
・ Flexibility for business travel.
