The successful candidate will provide L1/L2 technical support, manage IT infrastructure and end-user devices, administer Active Directory, and ensure reliable day-to-day IT operations while collaborating with regional and global IT teams.

A global wellness products company is looking for an Infrastructure Specialist.Responsibilities:
* Handle and resolve L1 and L2 support tickets, escalating to L3 or vendors when required
* Provide hands-on and remote troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
* Manage the full laptop lifecycle, including procurement coordination, imaging, deployment, maintenance, repairs, and retirement
* Maintain inventory and asset tracking for laptops and other IT equipment
* Roll out laptops and IT equipment for employee onboarding and offboarding
* Support software distribution, updates, and patch management
* Manage Active Directory and Entra ID user accounts, groups, permissions, and group policies
* Handle user provisioning, deprovisioning, access management, password resets, and account troubleshooting
* Support server, network, and cloud infrastructure
* Monitor system performance and proactively identify infrastructure issues
* Maintain documentation for Active Directory, ticket resolution procedures, standard operating procedures, and equipment inventory
Requirements:
* 2-4 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or infrastructure roles at the L1/L2 level
* Hands-on experience with Active Directory
* Experience managing laptop deployment, imaging, and asset tracking
* Solid understanding of Windows OS and macOS
* Strong experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Halo
* Business level Japanese and English
Preferred requirements:
* Familiarity with VoIP and telephony systems
