GUNTNER ASIA PACIFIC Pte Ltdでの募集です。Technical Support
アプリケーションエンジニアのご経験のある方は歓迎です。
・ Responding to technical questions from customers via email or phone.
・ Providing technical advice and participating in technical discussions with customers.
・ Creating technical documentation.
Quotation and Order Processing
・ Analyze customer requirements to design suitable products based on application and site conditions
・ Prepare and follow up quotations
・ Work closely with Indonesia factory to ensure smooth order processing.
After sales
・ Support after sales activities including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
・ Follow up on progress and coordinate actions with the service team
◆顧客業界：食品・飲料、電力、製造業、建設業、IT業界
◆顧客業種：国内冷凍システムメーカー、重電メーカー、ゼネコン、サブコン、エンドユーザー、機器販売商社
◆国内の主な顧客：前川製作所、日本熱源システム

◆産業機器の営業職経験
◆英語での実務経験
【歓迎条件】
◆冷凍・冷蔵機械、空調設備、熱交換器の販売経験や知見 ◆回転機器（ファン、ブロワー、真空ポンプ、液体用ポンプ、コンプレッサー等）の関連経験 ◆機械部品（ベアリング、計測機器、金属部品、アクチュエーター等）の関連経験
