SCM部門のPlanningチームに所属し、Team Managerへ直接レポートします。物流業務だけにとどまらず、サプライチェーン全体を見渡しながら経験の幅を広げられるポジションです。

【業務内容詳細】
- Manage international air freight shipments from European and North American manufacturing sites; coordinate with forwarders/logistics partners and resolve transport delays
- Handle import customs clearance and domestic delivery coordination, including documentation management
- Manage delivery timelines: respond to internal customer inquiries, coordinate with overseas plants/Global Supply Chain, and identify improvement opportunities
- Create and update demand forecasts based on sales performance, market trends, and sales input; drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy
- Develop supply/replenishment plans based on demand forecasts; identify and mitigate stockout and excess inventory risks
- Manage and optimize replenishment parameters (safety stock, reorder points, lead times)
- Analyze inventory data and propose improvements to maintain optimal inventory levels; share insights with global team
- Drive KPI analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional project participation
- Improve operational efficiency using ERP and other systems

- 必須

- 3+ years of experience in international logistics or import operations
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain functions (procurement, logistics, inventory management, production planning, etc.)
- Business-level English communication ability (email/meetings with overseas offices)
- ERP experience (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX, or similar a plus)
- Data analysis experience in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF functions, etc.)
- Strong internal/external coordination and negotiation skills
