As a key technical contributor the incumbent will develop/deploy innovation and provide high level technical support to drive the
business growth of Japan F B market.

具体的には…
・Works as key technical contributor on development and execution of innovation pipeline and technical service programs.
・Presents experimental results and project updates internally as well as externally.
・Conducts field trials of new technology solutions and provide support at customer sites.
・Provides high level customers facing technical support.
・Identify customer pain points and translate them to the technical problems and provide the solutions.
・Works as part of a cross functional project team/global project team; collaborates closely with the other researchers and colleagues
from marketing sales and customers.

応募資格

必須: ■Minimum requirement
・BS Master or PhD preferred degree in chemistry engineering biology food science or related scientific/technical discipline.
・Effective teamwork and project management skills; ability to work well in cross functional international teams.
・Excellent interpersonal skills effective written and verbal communication skills strong documentation and report writing skills ability to
multi task and focus on priorities.

■Nice to have
・5+ years of R D technology experience including launching and commercialization of new products and programs.
・Written and verbal communication skills in English
・Experience with the new product introduction process.
2 years or more of formulation and product evaluation experience.
