仕事内容: 外資テック系企業（立上げ）での募集です。
管理部門責任者・ファイナンシャルコントローラーのご経験のある方は歓迎です。
We are seeking a high calibre Finance Manager to manage and execute daily financial operations across multiple entities while ensuring accuracy compliance and strategic financial support. This role will play a critical part in managing financial reporting accounting and tax obligations while also supporting debt and equity financing initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of day to day accounting and finance activities with a strong focus on hands on involvement and practical execution.

応募資格

必須: Qualifications Experience:
・ Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
・ Proven experience in financial management accounting and tax compliance preferably within multinational or multi entity structures. 5+ years of hands on experience in accounting and financial operations including experience with the full cycle of accounting from journal entries to month end and year end closing.
・ Strong understanding of Japanese financial regulations corporate tax laws and investment structures.
・ Experience with accounting software （e.g. ERP） and expertise in financial modeling budgeting and forecasting.
・ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
・ Fluency in Japanese and English.
