仕事内容: 品質管理・品質保証（技術系）のご経験のある方は歓迎です。
・Implement maintain and comply with facility/corporate quality systems including ISO and regulations.
・Interface with company management to establish and maintain company Quality Policy and facility goals.
・Lead/host external agency customer and internal audits of the facility and related warehouses.
・Oversee site level quarterly Quality Steering Committee Meetings and Annual Management Review for facility compliance and assurance of policies and procedures as well as associated inputs and outputs of the meeting （site level metrics）.
・Accountable for driving Total Productive Maintenance （TPM） efficiencies in the plant and for Pillar leadership and/or participation
・Responsible for managing and developing direct reports and/or indirect reports
・Responsible for creating/reviewing/approving all local Quality purchases/ expenses.
・Address quality service and cost issues at country level to assure customer satisfaction and compliance to regulations.

応募資格

必須: ■最低限必要な資格：
・工学、生物学、微生物学、化学などの技術分野の学士号
・製造または研究開発エンジニアリング（RDE）における10年以上の品質業務経験、かつ最低5年以上の監督経験
・継続的改善環境（リーン、シックスシグマ、TPM、5Sのいずれかの経験資格取得が望ましい）
・ISO 9001 内部監査主任経験
・優れたコミュニケーション能力

■望ましい資格
・工学、生物学、微生物学、化学などの技術分野における上級学位
・ヘルスケア、医薬部外品、化粧品の品質業務に関する経験・知識（生産工場での品質業務経験があれば尚可）
・ISO 13485、GMP、ISO 22000 内部監査主任経験があれば尚可
