法務のご経験のある方は歓迎です。
Support further growth of the business in Japan providing strategic legal support and solutions to ensure achievement of business priorities while complying with applicable laws and regulations as well group policies.
Protect our brands.
Build awareness of the Compliance Program and local and any other applicable laws and regulations ensuring their application within Danone Japan and relevant third parties.

Main responsibilities
LEGAL
Review of contracts relevant to our business
Legal consultation
Corporate governance
Trainings
Intellectual property topics : Protection and management of trademark patent design copyright and domain name portfolios in coordination with the global team

COMPLIANCE
Deploy the Group’s Policies （including but not limited to Code of Conduct Integrity Anti Trust etc.）
Ensure the compliance with the applicable laws and regulations as well as the above policies through
Trainings

応募資格

必須: Education background
・ Relevant Bachelor’s Degree and above
Technical Skills and Experiences required ・ 5 to 7 years （minimum 3 4 years） of prior relevant experience preferably in manufacturing sector （FMCG/B to C or not）.
・ Having worked on : Business law （commercial corporate） Anti trust Compliance Ethics Contract negotiations Intellectual property law Data privacy Litigation.
・ Would be a plus : Experience in marketing related laws and regulations （e.g. the Trademark Act the Unfair Competition Prevention Act the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations the Personal Information Prevention Act）.
