An AI technology company is looking for an Account Executive.Responsibilities:
* Research and identify potential partners across management consultancies, system integrators, ESG advisory firms, and sustainability technology resellers
* Prioritise and engage high-potential partner organisations aligned with target customer profiles
* Lead partnership presentations, commercial negotiations, and contract execution
* Maintain a partner pipeline and monitor recruitment, onboarding, and activation progress
* Design and deliver structured partner onboarding programmes
* Co-create joint business plans, revenue targets, and co-marketing initiatives with partners
* Develop localised sales collateral, demonstration guides, and enablement materials for the Japan market
* Deliver product and sales training to implementation partners
* Collaborate with partners to identify and close upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
* Provide market insights and contribute to the growth of the partner programme in Japan
Requirements:
* More than 4 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, sustainability consulting, business development, partnerships, or a related field
* Proven track record of building and activating reseller or channel partner networks from scratch
* Deep understanding of indirect sales within the Japanese enterprise market
* Strong commercial acumen with experience structuring and negotiating partnership agreements
* Experience selling or consulting within the sustainability domain
* Experience managing sales teams
* Ability to work with complex enterprise SaaS products
* Passion for sustainability and combating climate change
* Native level Japanese; business level English
