A multinational medical technology company is looking for a Marketing Manager.Responsibilities:
* Manage the marketing department and oversee all marketing activities
* Develop the marketing mix for urology products, including capital equipment and consumables, in collaboration with the Sales Department and group companies
* Create effective sales promotion tools, including advertisements
* Provide the Sales Department and distributors with market information, product updates, and new technology insights
* Provide information on the Japanese market and product requirements to relevant global departments
* Deliver product training to relevant stakeholders
* Plan, manage, and execute activities related to academic conferences and trade shows
* Develop marketing strategies by understanding the market, customer requirements, key opinion leaders, relevant procedures, research and development, and the global product portfolio
* Communicate marketing strategies and product information to customers, the sales organisation, and relevant group companies
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 5 years of experience in a managerial role
* Experience in marketing, particularly in product management, market analysis, and marketing strategy development
* Business knowledge and experience with consumables
* Knowledge and experience with products used in operating rooms
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite
* Knowledge of Salesforce fundamentals
* Basic ERP skills
* Business level English; proficient in Japanese
Preferred requirements:
* Experience with endourology products
