【業務内容詳細】
- Own end-to-end execution and governance of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process: customer onboarding, order management, order fulfilment coordination, and customer care
- Act as the single point of control for O2C execution, ensuring processes are standardized, measurable, and scalable
- Own service performance, including SLA adherence, backlog management, and customer satisfaction
- Manage field stock visibility, audits, and related invoicing processes
- Track KPIs across the O2C process, lead root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement
- Define and enforce standardized processes across the region, eliminating unnecessary country-specific deviations
- Lead escalation and issue resolution for high-impact, cross-functional problems
- Act as the central orchestrator across Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Operations (without owning those functions directly)
- Identify and drive automation opportunities across order entry, case management, and customer communication
- Build and develop a high-performing team, including capability development and succession planning

- 必須

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Extensive leadership experience in multi-country operations, shared services, or centralized service environments
- Proven track record in operational transformation and process standardization
- Strong experience in Customer Care and/or Order-to-Cash environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and operate effectively in a matrix organization
- Experience driving automation and digital transformation initiatives
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems and data analytics tools
- Japanese and English proficiency; additional languages a plus
