【業務内容詳細】
- Set the strategic direction for Operations across Japan and own the annual operating budget
- Lead and develop a team of 100+ direct and indirect employees across a nationwide network of service centers
- Build and lead an Engineering Support function to drive network automation, facility expansion, and capital investment projects
- Lead workforce optimization initiatives tied to automation rollout
- Implement and govern a network-wide Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to improve maintenance compliance and equipment reliability
- Partner with the Quality team to drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance, and reduce customer complaints
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Transportation, Reverse Logistics, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Customer Service to optimize the network
- Coach and develop team members to strengthen the leadership pipeline

- 必須
-
- 10-15+ years of operations experience
- 8+ years of experience in a warehouse/distribution environment
- 7–10 years of experience in supply chain
- 7–10 years of management experience (direct and matrix/cross-functional teams)
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Logistics, or a related field
- Lean/Six Sigma certification a plus
- Experience managing 3rd-party vendors
- Business-level Japanese and English
