A multinational industrial company is looking for a Human Resources Manager. The selected candidate will lead People & Culture initiatives, drive talent and leadership development, manage HR operations and projects, and support business objectives through effective human resources strategies. This is a hybrid setup role.
仕事内容
A multinational industrial company is looking for a Human Resources Manager.
Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage People & Culture activities in line with business and HR strategies
* Provide People & Culture support to organisational management
* Drive talent management, learning, and leadership development initiatives
* Coordinate performance and competency development review processes
* Continuously improve People & Culture systems and processes
* Lead projects related to talent acquisition, employer branding, social media, diversity and inclusion, leadership, process optimisation, and digitalisation
* Manage HR business reporting and personnel administration in collaboration with internal and external partners
* Coordinate the rollout of global HR projects and participate in assigned HR initiatives



Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources or a related qualification
* Several years of experience in an HR Manager position
* Leadership experience managing diverse teams across HR business partnering, HR development, HR systems, HR administration, and external payroll
* Deep knowledge of Japanese labour and social legislation
* Strong organisational, planning, and follow-up skills
* Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues at all organisational levels
* Ability and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
* Business level Japanese and English
