A foreign digital infrastructure company is looking for an HR Executive. The chosen applicant will oversee HR operations and office administration for the Japan office, supporting employee lifecycle activities, compliance, and day-to-day people operations.
仕事内容
A foreign digital infrastructure company is looking for an HR Executive.
Responsibilities:

* Manage the full spectrum of HR functions for the Japan office, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, leave and benefits administration, employee lifecycle management, performance review support, and employee records management
* Support hiring activities, including candidate sourcing coordination, interview scheduling, agency and vendor management, offer documentation, and onboarding logistics
* Ensure HR operations, documentation, and practices comply with local labor regulations and company policies
* Act as the key liaison with payroll vendors, insurance providers, immigration agents, landlords or building management, and external service providers
* Oversee office administration and workplace operations, including facilities management, office supplies, workspace coordination, travel arrangements, and employee engagement activities
* Partner closely with the regional HR team on HR initiatives, reporting, audits, and broader people operations projects
* Provide day-to-day HR advisory and administrative support to employees and management while supporting ad hoc projects and business needs as assigned



Requirements:

* Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
* 3-5 years of HR and/or office administration experience
* Proficient in MS Office
* Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Experience in a multinational or regional environment
* Native level Japanese; business level English



Preferred Requirements:

* Familiarity with Japan employment practices and HR administration processes
* Exposure to startup or fast-growing organisations
