A renowned manufacturing company is looking for a Sales Engineer.Responsibilities:
* Execute sales plans aligned with corporate and local business objectives
* Present product advantages and technical benefits to customers
* Accelerate order acquisition through effective product proposals
* Identify opportunities to increase sales and market coverage
* Expand sales and distribution channels through technical consultation
* Develop sustainable customer relationships and encourage product adoption
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in mechanical engineer
* More than 5 years of experience in sales and technical support or quality control of mechanical components (power transmission products at non-Japanese companies or trading company of machine parts)
* Prior contact experience to Japanese machinery OEMs, and good communicator in direct customer contacts with key accounts
* Proven experience in international business and bridging cultural differences
* Excellent new customer development skills
* Native level Japanese; business level English and German
