A renowned beverage company is looking for a Senior Manager, Automation.Responsibilities:
* Lead the implementation of automation system standards with internal teams and external suppliers
* Consolidate system requirements with site stakeholders
* Ensure supplier designs and solutions meet approved specifications
* Conduct factory and site acceptance testing for automation hardware and software
* Support equipment commissioning and system qualification activities
* Update technical specifications based on site learnings and technology developments
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in engineering (Electrical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering is a plus)
* 5-7 years of experience in the field of automation/digitisation in a manufacturing facility
* Experience in design, vendor management, FATs, SATs, system validation and startup
* Prior experience in managing global projects and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
* Proven experience in production line integration and other digital systems integration (WCS, MES,
OEESPC, etc)
* Prior Software knowledge of PLC (Rockwell is ideal), HMI (Ignition is ideal)
* Understanding of machine electrical safety standard, Control Panel
* Familiarity with OT cyber security requirements and network segmentation design, Equipment connectivity protocols, robotics, Drives, Vision systems, etc.
