A global medical device manufacturer is looking for a Logistics Coordinator.Responsibilities:
* Coordinate customer-specific logistics solutions with 3PL partners
* Arrange cargo transportation, negotiate spot rates, and control freight costs
* Manage freight traffic, shipment consolidation, and contingency arrangements
* Monitor carrier, supplier, and 3PL warehouse performance
* Ensure shipping documents and proof of delivery records are accurate and complete
* Handle logistics reports, invoices, claims, cost checks, and operational queries
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in (International) Business Management, Logistics
* Experience in inbound and outbound logistics particularly with regards to healthcare products
* Prior experience in freight administration/coordination
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Fluent level verbal and written Japanese
