A global manufacturer of premium outdoor cooking products is looking for a Key Account Manager. The successful candidate will manage key customer accounts, drive business growth, develop strategic sales plans, strengthen customer partnerships, and support sales performance across existing and new business opportunities.
仕事内容
A global manufacturer of premium outdoor cooking products is looking for a Key Account Manager.
Responsibilities:

* Manage a portfolio of key accounts to achieve revenue and growth targets across existing and new customers
* Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
* Develop and implement product proposals, including order processing, delivery schedule management, and product cost negotiations
* Execute business plans to achieve sales and profitability targets
* Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue, customer engagement, and retention
* Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and sales pipelines
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis
* Prepare sales materials, including proposals and quotations
* Participate in trade shows, business meetings, and industry events
* Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors
* Collaborate with customers to optimise inventory, merchandising practices, and product mix
* Facilitate in-store training, induction programmes, and product knowledge sessions to improve sales performance and customer experience



Requirements:

* Experience in sales or business development with account management within wholesale, supplier, or retail sectors
* Demonstrated success in achieving business growth
* Strong PC skills using MS Office Suite
* Strong presentation and facilitation skills
* Understanding and interest in outdoor activities
* Possess a valid driver's licence
* Native level Japanese; intermediate level English
