A multinational pet nutrition company is looking for a Pet & EC Excellence Manager / Trade Marketing Manager.Responsibilities:
* Lead the implementation of Retail Environment strategies and action plans across Home Center, Pet Shop, e-Commerce, and Breeder channels
* Build customer strategies and investment plans
* Execute and monitor 7P strategies and action plans across retail channels
* Provide training and guidance to support execution of retail strategies
* Collaborate with Customer Development teams to identify barriers and implement improvements
* Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to optimise retail performance
* Lead and support Retail Category Development initiatives
* Manage key customer programmes, including Field Merchandiser and Nutrition Consultant activities
* Support joint value creation planning and business reporting for key customers
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 5 years of experience in sales, customer development, trade marketing, retail marketing, customer marketing, or similar roles
* Strong understanding of retail environments, customers, shoppers, and category management
* Strong project management and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across functions
* Strong analytical and financial skills for budget planning, customer planning, and forecasting
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to ambiguous situations
* Proficiency in Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Docs, MS Office Suite, and Intage SRI
* Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% for regular store visits and customer meetings
* Business level English
