■経営層との距離が近いポジション
Operations Managerへのレポートラインとなり、5-8名のスタッフのマネジメントもお任せします。日本国内の経営層と連携しながら業務を進めていたくため、事業運営に直接影響を与えられるポジションです。

フレックスタイムに加えて週2日程度の在宅勤務が可能です。柔軟な働き方を希望される方にもおすすめです。
【業務内容詳細】
-Lead and develop the Procurement & Logistics team.
-Manage parts supply planning and inventory levels.
-Improve on-time delivery and parts availability.
-Monitor delivery schedules and resolve supply issues.
-Work closely with internal teams to meet customer needs.
-Coordinate with global teams on supply, inventory, and delivery.
-Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
-Monitor performance and use data and systems to improve results.

- 必須

-5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, procurement, logistics, or related operations.
-Bachelor's Degree.
-Business-level Japanese.
-Business-level English.
-Ability to manage inventory levels and support effective parts supply planning.
-Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple departments.
-Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
