【業務内容詳細】
-Coordinate work across different teams to keep daily operations running smoothly.
-Manage delivery schedules, parts availability, and customer needs by setting priorities and solving problems.
-Monitor inventory and supply to ensure products are available while keeping stock at the right level.
-Handle urgent issues, delivery delays, and supply challenges, and coordinate solutions with internal and external partners.
-Improve daily work processes to increase efficiency, reduce delays, and improve visibility of business performance.
-Lead and support a small team by providing guidance, coaching, and clear responsibilities.
-Build strong working relationships with teams and partners to achieve shared goals and deliver excellent service.
-Support a safe, compliant, and positive workplace by following company policies and promoting good working practices.
- 応募資格

- 必須
-
- 4+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, customer service, or a related business function.
-Bachelor's Degree.
-Business-level English.
-Business-level Japanese.
-Ability to work with multiple teams, coordinate priorities, and build strong working relationships.
-Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage changing situations and meet business needs.
-Experience leading, coaching, or supporting a small team is an advantage.
-Knowledge of inventory, purchasing, logistics, or supply planning is a plus.
-Experience in service operations, after-sales support, or customer-focused environments is preferred.
-A proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and continuous improvement.
