■ APAC 成長戦略を担うキーポジション
ご紹介企業様はAPAC での新規市場開拓を加速しており、日本は地域ハブとして重要な役割を担っています。本ポジションは、事業拡大を推進するために新設された戦略的な役割で、地域成長の基盤づくりに直接携われます。成長企業で新しい仕組みづくりに挑戦されたい方に最適です。
■ 新設ポジションとしての裁量と創造性
当初は需要計画（Demand Planning）を中心とした個人貢献型の役割からスタートし、事業成長に合わせてチームを立ち上げていく予定です。日本国内のロジスティクス業務は、サプライチェーン部門のシニアマネージャーが担当します。自ら仕組みを構築し、将来的にチームを率いていきたい方に向いています。
■ グローバル連携が中心となるレポートライン
APAC マネージングディレクター（欧州出身）および本社へのレポートラインとなり、海外拠点とのコミュニケーションが日常的に発生します。多文化環境での協働を通じて、グローバル視点で事業を推進する経験が得られます。国際的な環境で多文化のステークホルダーと協働されたい方に適しています。

Responsibilities:
- Shape the regional Supply Chain strategy.
- Set governance rules and standards.
- Build a customer‑focused and agile Supply Chain.
- Turn strategy into practical plans.
- Anticipate volume and distribution changes.
- Support regional leadership as a business partner.
- Lead Demand, Supply, and Retail Distribution Planning.
- Run the regional S&OP process.
- Balance product availability, inventory, and cost.
- Create tools and KPIs for product flow.
- Prevent stock‑outs and overstock.
- Identify risks and prepare continuity plans.
- Design and improve logistics models.
- Manage logistics partners.
- Standardize order processes.
- Reduce logistics costs and improve efficiency.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
- Apply regional quality standards.
- Ensure products and flows meet global/local requirements.
- Train teams on quality expectations.
- Lead corrective and preventive actions.
- Continuously improve quality practices.
- Drive sustainability and CSR initiatives.
- Improve Supply Chain systems (ERP, planning tools).
- Ensure reliable and consistent data.
- Build regional reporting and BI tools.
- Support teams in using systems.
- Contribute to digital transformation projects.
- Build and grow regional Supply Chain teams.
- Develop talent and encourage collaboration and performance.
- Act as the regional Supply Chain functional leader.

- Ability to define a Supply Chain strategy and turn it into a clear roadmap.
- Ability to manage end‑to‑end Supply Chain operations across multiple countries.
- Ability to support senior leaders as a business partner.
- Ability to lead change and represent the brand.
Planning & Operations:
- Ability to run Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP.
- Ability to balance product availability, inventory, and cost.
- Ability to design and optimize logistics networks.
- Ability to manage and negotiate with logistics partners.
Financial & Analytical:
- Ability to understand and manage a P&L.
- Ability to use KPIs for decisions and performance improvement.
- Ability to ensure accurate and reliable data.
Systems & Process Improvement:
- Ability to deploy and enhance ERP and planning tools.
- Ability to lead process‑improvement and digital‑transformation projects.
- Ability to help teams adopt new tools and ways of working.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Ability to work effectively with local, regional, distributor, and global teams.
- Ability to coordinate stakeholders in a matrix environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly across cultures and levels (English required).
People & Team Development:
- Ability to build and grow high‑performing teams.
