本ポジションは、既存のコントローラーシップ・アカウンティングマネージャーの後任候補として採用を想定しています。入社後は会計領域の専門性とリーダーシップを高め、将来的には同ポジションへステップアップしていただくことが期待されています。また、2～3名のスタッフを管理し、チーム運営にも携わっていただきます。成長意欲が高く、管理職へのキャリアアップを目指す方に最適なポジションです。
■ レポートラインとチーム構成
本ポジションは、日本のコントローラーシップ・アカウンティングマネージャーにレポートし、AR担当、AP担当、本ポジション、派遣スタッフ4名の計7名で構成されるチームで業務を行います。また、FP&A チームとも連携しながら業務を進める体制が整っています。チームワークを重視し、周囲と協力しながら業務を進めたい方に向いている環境です。
■ 週2日の在宅勤務とフレックスタイム制度で柔軟な働き方を実現

Responsibilities:
- Handle Japan general accounting, group/statutory reporting, and corporate tax.
- Do monthly close: journal entries, Hyperion reporting, financial statements, and balance reconciliations.
- Support local tax work with external tax firm.
- Maintain SOX controls and support SOD oversight.
- Manage daily/monthly cash flow and overall treasury operations.
- Monitor working capital and work with commercial team to improve it.
- Maintain AR factoring and administer e‑banking.
- Coordinate hedge settlements with global treasury.
- Conduct credit checks and manage approval authority.

- 必須

- At least 5 years of experience in general accounting, ideally in a multinational company.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different levels of the business, both in Japan and overseas.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to perform well under pressure.
- A collaborative team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves and support all levels of operations, with a mindset of total organizational optimization.
- Excellent Excel skills. Experience with SAP and Hyperion is preferred.
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
