【業務内容詳細】
-Manage end-to-end domestic logistics operations, including inbound, warehousing, distribution, and returns.
-Plan and execute efficient delivery strategies across different customer channels, balancing cost, speed, and service levels.
-Oversee returns and repair flows, ensuring smooth reverse logistics processes.
-Ensure accurate inventory control and efficient warehouse operations across multiple locations.
-Lead and develop logistics teams and external partners, including performance and cost management.
-Improve operational processes using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and reduce manual work through standardization.
-Support logistics network planning and optimization to improve efficiency and support business growth.
-Work closely with internal teams to ensure stable supply, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction.

- 必須

-5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles within manufacturing, retail, or similar industries.
-Bachelor's Degree.
-Business-level English.
-Business-level Japanese.
-Experience working with third-party logistics providers, including selection, negotiation, and performance management.
-Experience managing large-scale inventory and shipment operations (multi-SKU environment).
-Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and understanding of warehouse management.
-Experience improving logistics processes using data-driven methods.
-Hands-on mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and day-to-day operational execution when needed.
