- Build and maintain strong relationships with 3PL partners, including contract review and operational performance management - Drive operational improvements and process simplification across logistics and vendor management activities - Oversee inventory control and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate product and system alignment - Manage end-to-end distribution and logistics operations to support efficient product flow - Review logistics and operational cost structures to ensure alignment with business objectives and budget targets - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure operational alignment and effective communication across departments

- 5+ years of experience in logistics operations and/or 3PL management - Proven experience in inventory control and warehouse management - Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments and foster team collaboration - Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and KAIZEN activities - Native-level Japanese and strong English communication skills
