■人事戦略に携わる C&B Rewards Specialist ポジション
グローバルの方針と日本市場のニーズを踏まえながら、報酬・福利厚生制度の設計・導入・継続的な改善に携わっていただきます。経験豊富なメンバーと協働しながら、C&B Specialist としての専門性を高めていける環境です。

週2日のリモートワークおよびフルフレックスタイム制度を導入しています。所定労働時間も1日7.5時間と少なめ。
基本給やインセンティブに加え残業代も支給対象となるため、収入アップも期待できるポジションです。
■海外・国内チーム双方と連携
リージョナルチームと日本法人の両方に所属するポジションです。国内外のHRメンバーと密に連携しながら業務を進めていただきます。（日本のHRチームは約7～8名規模）Regional Rewards Headへのレポートラインとなり、経験豊富なマネージャーのもとで成長できます。
【業務内容詳細】
- Shape and design competitive compensation and benefits programs that balance global rewards strategy with the nuances of the Japanese market
- Drive data-driven decision making through in-depth market research and benchmarking, ensuring the company stays ahead of the competition
- Lead annual compensation review cycles (spanning salary, variable pay, and equity programs) with precision and strategic insight
- Champion global and local rewards projects, spearheading process improvements and elevating policy frameworks
- Serve as a trusted rewards advisor to HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders, influencing key decisions on pay practices and governance
- Build and maintain clear, transparent rewards policies and communication materials that empower employees and managers alike
- Cultivate strategic relationships with external networks and vendors, staying at the cutting edge of market trends and best practices

- 必須

- 8+ years of Rewards experience with a degree in Business, Economics, HR, or a related field
- Experience gained within a global organization and/or top-tier HR consulting firm with a strong understanding of best-in-class rewards practices
- Up-to-date mastery of labor law and benefits compliance, turning regulatory complexity into confident, risk-aware decision making
- Strong negotiation and communication skills that earn trust, build alignment, and drive outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups
- Business fluency in both English and Japanese — a true bridge between global headquarters and the local market
