■ 将来的なファイナンス部門責任者へのキャリアパス
現任のファイナンス責任者が数年以内に退任予定であり、本ポジションはその後継候補として採用されます。数年間の経験を積んだ後、より上位のリーダー職へと成長できる明確なキャリアパスが用意されています。将来のリーダーを目指したい方に、着実にステップアップできるポジションです。
■ チーム構成とレポーティングライン
こちらのポジションは日本のファイナンス責任者にレポートしていただきます。会計・財務チーム全体は約10名で構成されており、計5名をマネジメントしていただきます。マネジメント経験を活かしたい方に、チーム運営と組織づくりに深く関われる環境です。
■ コアタイム無しのスーパーフレックス・週2日の在宅勤務で柔軟な働き方を実現！

Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial reports under J-GAAP
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
- Handle tax filings and compliance
- Coordinate with auditors and tax advisors
- Maintain internal controls
- Manage fixed asset records, capitalization, and depreciation
- Verify assets and reconcile records
- Support asset tracking and reporting
- Manage daily cash and liquidity
- Monitor bank balances and cash flow
- Coordinate banking and financing activities
- Ensure treasury policy compliance
- Process invoices and payments accurately and on time
- Monitor AR/AP to support cash flow
- Reconcile accounts and resolve issues
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Ensure compliance with accounting and tax rules

- 必須

- 10+ years of experience in accounting, reporting, and tax
- Leadership or supervisory background
- Business-level English in a multinational setting
- Strong knowledge of J-GAAP, tax rules, and financial systems
- Advanced skills in Excel, BI tools, and analytics
- Experience with asset accounting (CAPEX, depreciation, asset lifecycle)
- Experience managing business risks
- Experience creating and executing contingency plans
