A global manufacturing company is looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager.Responsibilities:
* Analyse manufacturing processes and propose improvement measures
* Lead optimisation of existing processes and implementation of new technologies
* Select, install, and manage the start-up of new production equipment
* Promote automation and labour-saving initiatives across production lines
* Create, update, and standardise work instructions and process documentation
* Drive new product industrialisation to achieve QCD targets
* Participate in quality improvement activities and defect reduction initiatives
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and propose improvements
* Solve manufacturing issues through cross-functional collaboration
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in engineering
* More than 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
* Experience in manufacturing engineering within a manufacturing industry
* Skilled in processing techniques, automation and robotics, factory layout design, QC methods, defect analysis, process design, quality management systems, 2D/3D CAD, and PLC
* Ability and willingness to collaborate with overseas engineers for technical exchanges
* Professional level Japanese; proficient in English
