経理財務は本ポジションを含む3名体制となり、部下1名をマネジメント頂き、レポート先は国内の日本人Directorです。Directorは既に定年を迎えており、近い将来に後任者として昇進頂ける可能性も高いポジションです。将来のキャリアアップや部門トップを目指したい方におすすめです。
■好アクセスのオフィス立地
基本的には出社メインとなりますが、フレックス制度が使用可能、またオフィスの最寄り駅は複数路線が通る主要地ですので、通勤にかかる負担は抑えられます。通勤のしやすさや働きやすさを重視する方に適した環境です。
【業務内容詳細】
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation for Japan and other entities.
- Ensure financial data is accurate and consistent with IFRS and local GAAP.
- Handle intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and multi‑currency consolidation.
- Oversee major financial transactions at the group level.
- Ensure proper accounting treatment, documentation, and approvals for complex or cross‑border transactions.
- Maintain and improve internal controls across financial processes.
- Ensure compliance with group accounting policies, statutory rules, and internal controls.
- Support the Finance Director with audits, tax advisors, and local finance teams.
- Assist with corporate tax reporting, tax provisions, and tax disclosures.
- Ensure transfer pricing models align with financial reporting.
- Support tax audits and transfer pricing reviews, especially for cross‑border transactions.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for Japan.
- Analyze financial results, identify variances and trends, and highlight cost‑saving opportunities.
- Partner with other departments to improve financial performance and support operational goals.
- Improve financial reporting, compliance, and consolidation processes.
- Support implementation and optimization of ERP, consolidation, and reporting systems.
- Identify opportunities to automate and standardize reporting and controls.

- 必須

- 5+ years of experience in group accounting, consolidation, or financial controlling in an international
environment
- Strong experience with multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation
- Solid understanding of corporate tax, and cross-border compliance
- Native level Japanese, Business level English
- Ability to balance hands-on execution with a governance and compliance perspective
